Good Customer Service

I've always had good results with Trophy Central, but this time there was a problem with the order. However, customer service was prompt and proactive in solving the problem to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Trophy Central! Good service; fast service; customer focused service!

Good item. Just as advertised

The medal arrived on time and as advertised for the most part.
Pros
- The medal itself had a great look and a good "heft" to it.
Cons
- The ribbon was only glued and not sewn. that bothers me for long term. The gift box was an absolute rip off.... not worth half the money they charge for it. I would NOT have bought it. Did NOT use it
