Ordering was easy, and phone support was great. This was my first experience with TrophyCentral. Shipping was quick with UPS. The quality of materials was a mix: the wood base and engraved plate were very good; the figure and ornamental cup are concerning and seem very fragile and low quality plastic. I would consider ordering again, but would shop a little harder. Overall the experience was good, but the mixed quality makes me rate 3 stars.
