It was a great experience. The acrylic triangle looked great, all the typing was perfect. The turn around time was 4 days from the time I placed the order, which was the most impressive aspect of this transaction. My only scare in this process was getting two e-mails saying to respond by a certain time to insure the order arrives on the promised date. The second email came after I had already replied to the first and OKd the order. I replied to the second one as well, I'm just hoping you got my first reply.
