Did not like paying $10 for shipping one plate

The engraved plate looks good and matches the other plates on the perpetual plaque. But charging $10 to engrave "2017 Debbie Beck" and then another $10 to ship was excessive, so they will probably not get my business in the future.
Merchant Response:This customer is absolutely correct. After reviewing the situation, we realized we had an incorrect shipping setting for this particular product. This mistake caused the First Class Padded Envelope Option to be suppressed.
Since this customer detected the problem, we not only refunded the amount overcharged, but the entire shipping charge.

I have always received prompt service from TrophyCentral in adding additional nameplates to our perpetual plaque. In addition, the quality of the plaque and nameplates is excellent. On my last order, I inadvertently ordered the wrong style of nameplate. TrophyCentral immediately notified me that the current order differed from prior ones, and so I was able to promptly and timely resolve the issue without expense or disappointment. Well done, TrophyCentral!
