We had an extremely tight time frame and Trophy Central really came through for our organization. We originally selected next day shipping to make sure we could meet our deadline. Trophy Central produced the product more quickly and sent the trophies two-day air instead. They refunded the shipping difference which was really appreciated by our non-profit. Thanks so much!
