I purchased about two dozen ribbon-pin type 1.25 inch medals for my colonial fife and drum corps competition last week. They came promptly in about a week, and were exactly as ordered-ie the correct number of bronze, silver and gold medals. The medals look really nice and there were no defects on any of them. You may consider spending the extra money to have the company attach the ribbons for you as that can be a little time consuming and wearing on the fingers. I also like that they shipped the medals carefully but in eco-friendly packaging and not a bunch of plastic. They were also send in a timely manner. I would definitely re-order these and recommend these.

The medal was quite nice and I was pleased. Only thing I didnt realize was that the writing would be so tiny (even though the medal isn't very large). Maybe it could have been in bold print.

I was very pleased with the medals that I ordered - They were a little smaller than I thought, but I didn't stop to think about the circumference when I ordered them, so that was my "bad." They are just beautiful and nice enough to give at the smaller size.

We hand out medals for AP students scoring three and higher. They look great.

If an athlete is a triple jumper, this is a great stock figure. Too bad you no longer have the female version of this. Also wish the medal was 2"

I have been using these medals for several years with various colors ribbons to denote levels of skill accomplished and my students love them. I like them better than the official NYSSMA medals as they are specific for piano. They are a nice size for display with the military style ribbon pin. I have always been happy with the quality and the price. When there was a small problem it was made right immediately. I would highly recommend these medals for private piano teachers.
