Ski Racing Medal Design

The medal is well done,the engraving is nice,could be a bit clearer,love the white and purple neck ribbon.It is something you would want as a memory of a great skiing event! There was a problem with my order though ,at first? It was corrected quickly and it was immediately resent out! They care for their customer's.
Pros
- Great care to customer's,nice price$,nice detail's.
Cons
- First order was not made correctly,and sent to me w/o any ribbon,and packaged badly,was damaged inside,better packaging would help?
