Better than Expected

Great job with these culinary medals. I was concerned that the engraving would not be right as I changed it several times after placing the order. They got it perfect!

Outstanding service for first-time customer

The online ordering was detailed and fairly intuitive, giving easy access to a broad range of options for the product I wanted (chef competition medals). When I encountered a problem my order (inability to edit the engraving of one of the medals) a call to customer service allowed me to quickly resolve the issue. I had two subsequent points of personal contact, both to assure my satisfaction with the process and outcome. I am very satisfied.

In searching for an on-line site that would have a 'cooking' award for an in-house team building project, I found TropohyCentral which was a blessing ! I actually received a phone call regarding a question about my order and my timeline. Wow----felt like I was back in the 'old days of customer service'. The 3 products (culinary medals) arrived even more impressive than the web site picture. THANK YOU TrophyCentral for such GREAT service and product.
