Not quite what I was expecting, but it was what was ordered. I just wish there was a way to see a graphic of the design before purchasing.

I thought this was a complicated order to do online and I had my doubts it would work out, but everything was exactly as ordered and it all arrived perfectly. The items were also packaged well and if my mailman had put the box with the medals in the mailbox, instead of leaving it on the ground in the pouring rain, it would have been perfect. Nothing was damaged, it just needed drying out.

This insert has been the one I've used for many years for my students' achievement trophies. It adds so much to the quality and appearance of the trophies.

The medal is well done,the engraving is nice,could be a bit clearer,love the white and purple neck ribbon.It is something you would want as a memory of a great skiing event! There was a problem with my order though ,at first? It was corrected quickly and it was immediately resent out! They care for their customer's.

We purchase these items for plaques to give our officers who made the highest score in the range exercises. Thus it is the perfect symbol for the plaque we order. Always looks good on the plaque.

Great job with these culinary medals. I was concerned that the engraving would not be right as I changed it several times after placing the order. They got it perfect!

When I encountered a problem my order (inability to edit the engraving of one of the medals) a call to customer service allowed me to quickly resolve the issue. Good looking design

I purchased the handshake award medal for factory motivational use. I am very pleased with the quality of the medals and has been a huge hit at the factory. Trophy Central's team did a excellent job in meeting my very short notice request date without any additional charge, I was pleasently surprised. Our awards are given out the second week of each quarter based on the quarterly results and I dont always receive the results on time to determine how many of each medal type to order, but Trophy Central has helped me and done an excellent job in all my orders placed so far by beating the estimated standard delivery date and in some cases delivered it the medals in under 5 days from order placement. All of this without any additonal phone calls or emails, just a short blurb in the order comments has done it. Good job Trophy Central team, keep it up.

I found what I was looking for at Trophy Central. The only place that I found it. The ordering was easy and the service was fast. This is my second time in ordering from Trophy Central and have been totally satisfied.

My wife decided to run/walk a marathon after completing the Komen Three Day earlier this month. I know she can complete it but possibly not in the artificial six hour time required to get a medal. I bought a medal that is probably more substantial than the one she might otherwise be awarded. I gave it to her yesterday. It brought tears to her eyes. The time pressure is now off. Mainly I didn't want her to injure herself overdoing it trying to win a medal. If she did 60 miles for the Komen, 26.2 miles will be a snap. For her, not me. I'll be at the finish line. The medal I bought looks like a 'real' medal that would be awarded for a 'real' race. I was a little concerned it might have been a cheap product. Far from it. It's great! So is she!

Online ordering was very easy, the medals were beautiful and arrived quickly. The only complaint is that when they were custom engraved, the back was badly scratched on 5 out of 6 medals. A little more care could have been taken.
