The entire process of ordering through delivery was seamless and on time. We found one small error when we proofed the plaque and they changed it instantly with no delay at all. Even with the horrible blizzards last week they delivered on time.

Very beautiful plaque!

The plaque turned out beautiful. This is the 2nd one I have purchased from Trophy Central and will be purchasing more down the road. The 1st one I ordered unfortunately was damaged in transit contacted Trophy Central they completed a replacement and it was shipped right away with no damage. The 2nd plaque I ordered also made it with no damage which I was surprised about considering the corner's were crushed when it arrived.
