I had to re-order a trophy post-event because of a tie. I simply e-mailed them and asked if I could just re-order. They sent me a confirmation, had it taken care of and it was here within 4 days. Great service. The trophy was packaged well (I've gotten other ones from other places that break in the mail due to poor packaging).

I have purchased two trophies per year for the last several years for two seperate events. Each time I have had flawless service. The products are good quality, accurate & on-time. If for some reason I order late...which has been known to happen...I get a call from customer service if delivery will be a problem.
