I don't think the website advertised these as adhesive backed, but they are. And they are very easy to adhere to your trophy. Shipping took longer than I wanted, but the correct shipping time was communicated at the time of my purchase.

Trophy Central had exactly what I needed/wanted at exactly the right price point. I was adding the nameplate to a memorial photo and I wanted it to look just right. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. However, the Customer Service team was outstanding and fixed my mistake before it was too late.

We needed about a dozen nameplates for a recognition board at our church, and the local trophy shop wanted $15 per plate for the classic glossy black plate with gold lettering. Ouch. Hunting around the web, these plates were one-third the price (about $5 per). And TrophyCentral had the odd size we needed (slightly smaller than 2.5" wide by 1" tall). Also, other online sellers would only allow the names to be engraved in ALL CAPS and in a sans-serif typeface on nameplates this small, which would not match the existing plates. With TrophyCentral, I was able to do upper- and lowercase letters, in a bold serif font. My only disappointment is that I chose "gold" lettering, thinking it would be metallic-gold look like you would expect on a plaque, to match all the brass. The engraving on these is what I would call dark beige, not gold.

I make model boats. After they are completed, they are put into cases, to display them. Even though some come with the name of the ship, on a stand, these name plates were perfect for the cases. I looked on line for the perfect name tags just for this purpose, and these fit the bill.

I needed an engraved plate that would attach to a megaphone. I took a chance on this flex-brass and it didn't disappoint. The back of the engraving was very sticky and it attached firmly. I was glad that I didn't have to drill through the megaphone.
